Dr. Julie Gunther, M.D.

Dr. Julie Gunther, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician, owner of wildfire aesthetics, a Boise native and entrepreneur.
Dr. Julie founded the Treasure Valley's first direct primary care practice in 2014, "sparkMD". In 2018 she added aesthetic services to the procedural dermatology and primary care services she was already offering advancing her knowledge with neurotoxin, laser-based skincare, anatomic facial balancing and more. In 2024, Dr. Julie transitioned to exclusively practicing medical aesthetics.
Aesthetic medicine is a great complement to Dr. Julie's many loves which include art, pottery, people, solving problems and precision. She strives to deliver the highest-quality,  joyful, intentional medically-disciplined aesthetics options in a modern medical clinic. She would love to meet you.

Blake Rogers, LE

Blake joined Dr. Julie in 2026 as a Clinical Support Specialist. She is a licensed aesthetician, Idaho native and has owned lujo_beauty since 2022 providing lash, brow and aesthetic skincare expertise to her clients.
Blake supports Dr. Julie in the care of her clients, behind the scenes operations and advancing laser-based skin care, tattoo removal care and restorative skin care with microneedling, RFMN and product-based expertise.
Blake, additionally, completed Face Reality certification in 2026 to round out comprehensive acne care at wildfire.
